How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches Tartebakery Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How your call or message to Tartebakery Concrete went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Know that Tartebakery Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@tartebakery.bond and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

You can expect an email confirming we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not resolve things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
